A package is the first load of as many records as you choose into your system, and it is mandatory. Updates are optional; they keep new records and changes in price and print status flowing regularly.

A package is the first load of the data into your system and is one-off. An update is the regular flow of new records and changes in price and print status; it is optional but cannot be given without a package.
Price and print status are updated daily. On the service side you can call hourly and use the time parameter to pull only the records changed in the last X hours.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Billing is annual or monthly.
Service definitions are made within one business day of purchase and your access details are sent to you.
