Kibo Index is an independent analytics service running on sales data collected from bookshop tills. The product is being presented to an international audience for the first time at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2026.
What it measures
Index matches the movements coming from participating points of sale against Kibo Catalogue records. A book's sales can then be tracked at ISBN level and broken down by category.

- Regional differences in demand
Who it is for
Publishers can base printing and distribution decisions, and bookshops their shelf composition, on this data. Taking part carries no technical cost for the point of sale.
